If you've ever thought, “I can't even draw a straight line,” this supportive, fear-free drawing in color class will help you let go of the fear of getting it “wrong” and discover that you can create beautiful, expressive artwork as you learn to draw.  Through live demonstrations, easy-to-follow instruction and one-on-one guidance from a professional artist educator, you'll learn real artistic techniques while developing the confidence to experiment, explore and express your own inner-artist. Whether you're picking up a pencil for the first time or rediscovering your love of art, you'll be encouraged every step of the way. In this engaging colorful drawing class, you'll learn a variety of fundamental drawing techniques including expressive line work, contour drawing, shading, composition, depth, dimension, still life, portraiture, realism and abstraction. You'll also discover how color can bring drawings to life as you learn foundational color theory, blending, contrast, harmony, mood and depth.
